How-To Steps & Video
STEP 1 Remove the cap from the whitening gel pen and using the soft brush applicator, apply gel directly to the outer surface of your teeth on the top and bottom with 0.3 - 0.5 ML or less of gel.
STEP 2 Insert the light with the tray into your mouth and over your teeth. Place the tray firmly against your front teeth.
